We spent Easter at this hotel and enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the comfortable beds. The location was great for hiking and the fresh air was invigorating. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff when we needed guidance on where to eat.
Our overall experience was negative. The lack of credit card payment was inconvenient and the bathroom was incredibly small, making it difficult to move around.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a traditional hotel nestled in the breathtaking Black Forest. The hotel owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing valuable recommendations for dining and outings. They even went out of their way to cater to special dietary needs and allowed guests to use their facilities, like the washing machine. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring hiking routes. Additionally, the generous buffet breakfast was a delightful start to each day.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

We spent our New Year's holiday at a traditional German guesthouse in the beautiful Black Forest. the family running the place was incredibly friendly and offered us some delicious breakfast options. the room was decent and the bathroom was clean. the location was also great for enjoying outdoor activities and sightseeing.
The owners were not very accommodating when it came to payment methods and they only accepted cash. This was very inconvenient for us as we didn't have enough cash on hand.
